We had a wonderful stay with our grandchild! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The hotel is ideally located, just a short bike ride from Palma Beach and a pleasant stroll to the seafront promenade, which we loved exploring.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could stay open later for families with children.

The shower cabin leaked, but the pool area was stunning.

The fast and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of gluten-free options, including my favorite, french fries. While the location near both the city center and the beach was ideal, our room had a slight upkeep issue and lacked sufficient soundproofing, which detracted from the overall experience.

The stay was enjoyable overall, particularly because of the excellent pool area, which was perfect for relaxation. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. While there was some confusion with the lift system, and the service during the check-in could have been better, the helpful staff made the experience pleasant and welcoming.

The Innside Premium Room Bay View was a decent size but felt a bit tired. I enjoyed the stunning view from the room, which was a major highlight. The mini bar was a nice touch, stocked daily with drinks. Sadly, the noise from the street was distracting at times, and I wish there had been better soundproofing. Also, the lack of soft seating except the bed made it less cozy than I hoped.
